These terms describe the permitted use of the LMS Floral Designs website and its inquiry process. They are written for a site that helps people begin a conversation about floral design; they are not a service booking agreement.
Website and inquiry-only service
The website provides information, inspiration, and a way to submit an inquiry about floral design in Greater Houston. Public visitors do not need an account to browse the site or send an inquiry.
Website content, an inquiry submission, an acknowledgment that an inquiry was received, or a conversation with the studio is not a booking, quote, acceptance, reservation of a date, promise of availability, or guarantee that services will be provided.
Inquiries and written agreements
Please provide information that is accurate enough for the studio to understand your request, and do not submit information that you are not authorized to share. LMS Floral Designs may review an inquiry and may decide how or whether to respond; submitting an inquiry does not require the studio to accept the project or guarantee a response time.
A project becomes confirmed only through a separate written proposal or agreement accepted by the parties. That proposal or agreement controls the specific scope, design, availability, pricing, payment terms, deposits if any, cancellation terms, change process, delivery details, and other project obligations. Nothing on this website invents or changes those terms.
Flowers are seasonal and availability can change. Any substitution, adjustment, or other design change for a confirmed project will be handled only as agreed with the client in the applicable written proposal or agreement; these terms do not authorize a unilateral substitution.
Inspiration photos and permission to share
If you upload an inspiration photo, you represent that you have the right or permission to share it for this purpose. You give LMS Floral Designs a limited, non-exclusive permission to receive, store, copy, and display the image internally as reasonably needed to review and plan your inquiry.
That permission is limited to inquiry review and planning. These terms do not give LMS Floral Designs permission to use your uploaded photo for advertising, social media, a public portfolio, or other marketing.
Website content and portfolio rights
The website may include descriptions, designs, photographs, logos, articles, and other material created by LMS Floral Designs or supplied or licensed by clients, photographers, venues, vendors, and other third parties. LMS Floral Designs does not claim that every item on the website is owned by the studio.
Rights remain with the applicable owner or licensor. Unless you have permission from the rights holder, do not copy, modify, publish, sell, scrape, or use website or portfolio material beyond ordinary personal browsing. A portfolio image or description is an example of design work, not a promise that the same flowers, materials, scale, or result will be available for a future project.
Acceptable use
You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with other visitors or the service. You must not:
- submit information or an image that you do not have permission to share, or that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or invasive of another person's privacy;

LMS Floral Designs does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, terms, privacy practices, or security. A link or integration is not an endorsement or a guarantee of a third party's products or services.
Disclaimers
The website and its informational content are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, LMS Floral Designs does not warrant that every description is complete or current, that a particular flower or design will be available, or that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
The only commitments about a confirmed floral project are those in the applicable written proposal or agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, right, or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LMS Floral Designs and the people and providers involved in operating the website will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this informational website. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited and does not replace the terms of a separate written project agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the website or its use changes. The revised terms will be posted on this page and apply to future website use after posting, to the extent permitted by applicable law. A separate written proposal or agreement remains the source of project-specific commitments.
